MAP OF SPAIN

HISTORY

From the Phoenicians, the Celts and the Greeks, up to the Romans, the Visigoths and the Moors, Spain has undergone many an influence throughout history. Since Christopher Columbus’ discovery of America in 1492, Central & Southern America (except Brazil) have adopted Spanish as their national language.

Spain is one of the most exciting country to be visited in Europe and has become the third tourist destination, right after France & Italy. Besides its different rhythm of life, you will be struck by the variety of its landscape ‘which includes sierras and deserts) and appreciate its joyful artistic renewal since the end of the Franco era, in 1975.

Its joining the European Community in 1986 has also prompted its economic development which turned modern Spain into a dynamic country, now famous for the performances of its leading soccer teams on the European level.

Spain will therefore be both a business and tourist destination, where we will be happy to drive you to your different meetings and/or show you round through its different regions & cities.
